Ana Calado is the esteemed CEO – CBI, CDMP at Vera Medical, bringing over 35 years of experience in claims management and a profound understanding of the insurance industry. As CEO, she leads the company in developing innovative solutions to meet the complex needs of our clients including small and large organizations.

Ana's career includes a 35-year tenure in senior management, where she managed various claims such as personal injury, disability management, medical malpractice, WCB, and return-to-work issues. She has also served as an expert witness in litigated disability claims. At Vera Medical, Ana leverages her extensive knowledge to drive innovation and excellence, ensuring the company's services exceed client expectations.

Ana is known for her transformational leadership style and ability to develop cost-effective solutions that enhance file management. Her proactive approach includes personal visits to clients to gather feedback, reflecting her commitment to client satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Ana is married to her high school sweetheart and together they have two beautiful daughters. Outside of work, she remains focused on family, spending lots of time with her loving grandchildren and enjoying walks with her third "child," her rescue dog Hugo.
